Terms of Conditions
Last updated: September 2, 2026. By using TwentyPad, you accept these terms.
Non-custodial software
TwentyPad is an interface to autonomous contracts on Base. It does not custody keys, guarantee transaction execution, reverse transactions, or control tokens created by users.
Risk
The contracts are unaudited. Tokens can lose all value. Smart-contract bugs, custom-hook behavior, volatile prices, failed quotes, network congestion, and malicious token promotion can cause loss. You are solely responsible for reviewing transactions and complying with applicable law.
No advice or guarantees
Nothing on TwentyPad is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token listings, metrics, and links are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. TwentyPad makes no promise of liquidity, value, uptime, or fitness for a purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use the interface to violate law, infringe rights, mislead others, bypass sanctions, manipulate markets, or attack the service or contracts.
Network and fees
The interface supports Base mainnet only. You pay network gas and protocol swap fees shown before execution. Third-party wallet, RPC, and hosting services have separate terms.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and the contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Governing law and venue: [TEAM TO INSERT JURISDICTION].
